error is coming while booting my sys
My system was running fine but after installing visual basic 6 and some other programs like sql server 2000,adobe photoshop 6.0,adobe pagemaker ,i got this error when my system reboots ("application failed to intiialize (0x0000005) service.exe" click ok! when i click ok only black screen is coming).Also my new pc sound is low as compared to my old hp pavalion p3 pc wht is this problem?
