Hi Srinivasan,

You did not specify what is the pay they have offered to you. It would help us to help you better. If I ignore this, I prefer CTS. It has very good work culture, pay scale model and very good onsight oppertunities.

As far as I know, Satyam is horrible in terms of work culture and work pressure. But for a fresher getting a job in an MNC is important. So, everyone joins it.

As you have another offer, you have option.

Think twice and take a wise decision.

TCS will be a better option when it comes to work pressure. It is treated as one of the coolest environments with low to moderate pressure. But when it comes to hikes it is very bad. But a good company if you are looking for a settlement in a company.

Cognizant is a very good company if you are planning to settle in abroad for few years. This the best part of CTS. Pressure will be below moderate to above moderate.

Work culture and brand wise both are almost same even though TCS get a little better scores for brand and CTS for culture.
