IS this company policy?

hi friends,

some friends told me that once you apply in any company and in interview suppose disqualified then we cann't apply for six month. Company create its database for future reference.
I am thinking to take the interview experience but it is problem for me if I disqualified.
so , please guide me friends.

yah its true...some mncs like IBM,TCS,INFOSYS,HCL,ACCENTURE,SATYAM etc once u attend interview if u disqualify u cant be able to attend for 6months.so plz take care...1sta ttend interview for small companies by tht u'll get experince and u caneasily get in big mncs.....

Its not a problem,you know one thing my friend atteneded nearly 10 times continuously for accenture, its not a problem,if u cleared 2 to 3 rounds then they will b asking more details of u then only they will add to their database.
upto tht there is know problem.

I also atteneded kanbay interview 2ice that to a week gap,but it is through different consultancies,no company will save u r resume in database, for max only consultancy fellows will b having our resumes.

or u can do one thing u can change u r name and mail id and number,then no one can identify u.
eg:if u r name is ashok kumar reddy,
u r name can b modified as 1>ashok
2>kumar
3>ashok kumar
4>ashok kumar reddy.
5>a.k reddy.

so, dont get afraid you can apply many times .
