HELLO,


Ihave done BE in mechanical engineering in the year 2005 and still without a JOB.I AMlooking for a career in SAP. Just wanted to know whether it is going to help my career in the software field since i am a NON-IT student.


and which are the good institutes in Bangalore that give SAP coaching.

hi chetan,


SAP has good future.You can go a head.A basic knowlede of C is enough .Better if u know some concepts of DBMS or ORACLE,but its not a must.It helps ur carrier in software.

Hi Chetan,

SAP is a good option. You can join ABAP if you want to be in technical field. But, as you don't have IT background, I will suggest you to be techno-functional.

I mean, along with technical training, its better to take some functional training as well (if you don't have many financial constraints). It will add more value to your resume.

Now-a-days most companies prefer people with techno-functional knowledge even though it is not mandatory to have.
