Hello friends,

I am Anuradha, I have completed B.com in 1996 and I have exp. around 6 yrs for computer Institute after that I have closed Institute. am not working any where.
I have knowldge of VB 6.0 , Oracle, C & Other Application Software & Hardware also. I have exp as faculty also. but not worked for any company. recently I have completed my Testing Tools course.

I need a break, I am ready to work as trainee/less pay for few months after seing my performance they can hire me, if u know any suitable post for me please let me know.

When I look into your assets and liabilities, I believe you have a very good asset of teaching (if I am not mistaken) experience and you have to use that experience to get a job. There are two possibilities for you. One is jumping into teaching field again by joining a training center and is an easy option as you have a decent exp in this area and secondly, grab an oppertunity in a software company and move ahead in life. But, second option is not so easy with the kind of exp you have and the gap (if you want to go with fake exp it is a different issue).

But looking at the available options, my suggestion is go into the training field again. This is the area where your core expertise lies and you are good in and you don't have to struggle a lot to prove yourself... it will be easy for you. Initially you can start with a small instituete and if you work hard in that, I am sure with in a year time you will be back with full JOSH and jump to other bigger s/w training centers which pays well. Now a days many instituete pay money in terms of % of money they get on every student... it is a very good option and pay you very well than any software company job. If oppertunity arises in between, try to go into corporate training sector. It is another cool sector where there won't be many tensions and still pays lot.

Other oppertunity is, going to software company and get exp and then moving on. But your teaching exp is not considered as real time exp in s/w industry by most of the companies. And to keep in mind your year of pass out and the gap you have, you can neither apply as fresher or exp. But still you have the exp of teaching and I am sure you should be confident to the extent you know and must be knowledgeable in those areas. So with the help of that knowledge you can join a small or medium size company and after getting some exp, move on to big companies which pays well.

What ever the road you choose, let it be your own decision. Always there is a lot of happiness to walk on the road we choose.
