is there any possiblity to enter s/w

i had finished ME in 2005 with 75% and done project in java,J2ME.
DUE TO SOME PROBLEM I HAD ONE YEAR BREAK . now join as lecturer in an college. so tell the procedure to enter s/w

u've got such a nice %. and done proj in java aso.ppl who r hvng 2 or more yrs of brk r entering into big mncs then y cant u?just try ....u'll get.
so frd just prepare with the sub and keep 1yr or 1.5yrs of exp and apply in all job sites.u'll get calls and sure u can enter into s/w.

Possibility is always there if u make a perfect START.................
There is no such thing called 'Procedure' to enter S/w field...........
U hav gained good percentage..and hav done project in java(+ point)....
One year gap.........covering this is not at all a big deal if u think.........
people r using 2-3 years of fake exp and getting jobs..........
The only thing and the one required is 'Worth' to b shown.....and ur level of confidence in watever u do.......
U CAN GET INTO S/W............no doubt abt it..........

I have friends who did their PG in 2003 and got jobs in later 2006 (this year). If they can do it, you can also do it. More over, you are well qualified.

Don't jump into software job search directly with fake experience. It is not suggested way. Try for few months (3-4 months) sincerely with what you have in hand. If still you don't get a job then you can think of other ways. Take help of job portals and good consultancies (they don't charge you even a single penny).

But what matters in what ever the way you search is your skill and confidence.

venkatalasalam just look at the top companies and the process of recruitment and go for it.There are huge requirements with many SEZ's for IT being set up by the goverrnment.be confident and you can enter good companies like aztec,infosys etc..

dnt try with fake exp now itself ... as u r 05 passout with good acad record try with what u have ....
upload ur resume in all majore job portals .... make it more searchable ....
try 2 approach some consultancy ....
u ll definitely get a good brk ....
