Working in BPO & Looking to enter IT Feild

Hi.. this s bharath and i passed out in 2005 n i finished MCA... now working as team leader in BPO ( NON VIOCE FOR CITIBANK credit card customers It is in Email support)

Even now am not k as i always prefer to work in developing...

So can any one help me r suggest me hw to get in to it... all of u have many friends n many leads just spend some min so it will change my career n life....

I like S/W testing.. and i did course n got 1st level certification in testing [ISTQB Certified ("CTFL" "Certified Tester Foundation Level")]

I am in Telecom implementation....wish to move in Software Testing as It is white collar job.
Here is poor condition of Telecom implementation...poor salary 30K on 3 year exp.
I m B.E. in E&C.

If you guys want to move from non-IT sector to IT industry, one thing you should have is required qualification and knowledge. I suggest you to do some courses(java, .net, testing etc) depending on your interest. Once you do those courses you will get some knowledge. Then practice a lot and start applying for jobs.

As one of you already did testing certification.. you can straight away apply for jobs.

And second person is specilised in E&C, i suggest you to do some courses related to IT, (like MBA or MTech in IT) or certifications. as you are having domain knowledge in Telecom, you can get jobs in IT related to that domain.
