What ever the company it might be.. Do not get into trouble by choosing backdoor entry option. NEVER pay single penny to any one.

We strongly suggest you n your friend that never entertain those offers.

semanticspace is such a good company but the backdoore is not possible in this comp,if ur frnd got the job means he may get into trouble .Don't lokk in to these kind of back door's

SymanticSpace company is not a very big company. One of my long distance friend also got through this company through backdoor and initially they said he will have training for one month and they will not pay for that month. But later after joining, they said his training is extended for 2 more months and they will not pay for those 2 months also. Something worst may even happen to you.... be alert.

Any way, back door is not suggested.... by the way what is the amount they are demanding?
