Suggestion Required

hi friends
i compledted my MSc(cs) in 2004.as a fresher i not got job.so i tried with 3+ year java exp & got job in small comp as senior software engineer.now i have 1 year real time exp. if i shift to big companies with 1 year exp will i have any problem? bcoz, will they ask me why u worked as senior software eng. in ur old company?
pls give clarification.how is market with 1 year exp.

There won't be any problem if you move out with 1+ exp. Removing fake exp is a very good idea. If they ask you, tell them you joined as software engineer and go promoted to sernior level recently because of the performance you are showing.

I don't say there are so many oppertunities for 1+ exp people and it is really very good as it is not true (atleast I feel so!!!). At the same it, it doesn't mean that we don't have oppertunities at all. But you need to be little patient and the results will be your way.

and also trying for 1+ exp now u can get jobs but they are less opportunities

u can try as 1+exp.....as u've worked so u can manage.....there r so many oppr for java....but do prepare if they asks u like y want to shift (bcoz u r working as senior lever with 1yr exp)......wish u all the best
