A test case has certain parameters attached with it, following are not all but commonly used.
1. Test case ID
2. Test area
3. Prerequisite
4. Steps to reproduce
5. Expected output
6. Actual output
7. Result (Pass/Fail)
8. Observations/Comments
9. Tested by
10. Project version
11. Operating System
12. Severity
13. Priority etcetra
