'Liaison with US healthcare facilities, like hospital and private, state and federal governed insurance companies
'A required number of claims will have to be processed everyday. This has to conform to the set targets on the project that will vary based on business need.
'Verbal and written interaction with insurance companies in the US, and US-based Deloitte employees.
'Adhering to practice as well as project set quality standard and compliance guidelines
'Should be willing to work late night shifts, or move shifts whenever required
'Should adhere to process requirements on leave and attendance and ensure no unauthorized absence.
'Should be a solid or above average contributor to the teams performance on productivity and quality
'Should show initiative in improving the process/ practice / firm
'Should be a fast learner, meeting exacting demands of process training, and going live on operations in short time.
'Should be open for travel to the US for short periods at a later date if required.

UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization
