Designation: Team Leader - Domestic BPO

Job Description:

To motivate, develop and mentor team members in a dynamically changing environment.
Monitor transactions & calls and provide qualitative/constructive feedback to the team members.
Answer operations related queries from the client.
Drive process performance to achieve and exceed SLA deliverables.

To create a conducive and stimulating environment for the teams to accomplish their goals.
Manage expectations of his team members and proactively should be able to sense their needs.

Desired Profile:

Should be a graduate in any discipline.
Should have minimum 3 years of BPO experience and 1 yr at superivsory role
Ready to work in shifts.
Good command over english and hindi.
Prior telecom experience will be an added advantage.

Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Education:

UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG - Any PG Course - Any Specialization
