Job Description:

Candidate would be required to attend to inbound calls and raise technical tickets with regards to the issues the engineers are facing and assign the same to the engineers working with us. The person would also be responsible for following up with the team and updating the engineer who asked for help.

Desired Profile:

We are looking at people who have atleast 6Months experience in any international call center, who are willing to work in rotational shifts which would include night shifts , and who are really good with regards to both oral and written English.
Experience: 1 - 3 Years

Education:

UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG - Post Graduation Not Required
