SALES:
Outbound sales process
Graduates from any stream
Under-graduates with minimum 6 months of experience out of which 4 months should be sales specific
Min 4-6 months of sales, upselling or collections experience
24/7 shifts and rotating work offs.
Willingness to work in a challenging environment
Should have good negotiation and convincing skills

COTI:
Graduates from any stream

Customer Service:
Graduates, 2008 T.Y appeared freshers are welcome
Under-graduates with minimum 6 months of experience

Non-scripted process
Should have good communication skills and a flair for customer service
