Job Description
Calling up existing customers of the bank. Informing them about payment due date. Fixing up appointment for collection of payment. Informing field collectors for pick up. Helping customers with various issues/queries. Coordinating with other depts.

Desired Candidate Profile
Candidate should be an undergraduate/pursuing graduation/not pursuing graduation.
Candidates who have completed Class-XII can also apply.
Should be able to speak fluently in English , Hindi & Bengali.
Should be able to work in a team.
