Job Description
This position consists of individuals who provide technical support to client customers for one LOB and is generally limited in scope to specific systems. Senior Tech Associates work under direct supervision and work on issues of limited complexity. Participates in classroom and experiential instruction requiring analytical ability. Normally receives specific instruction on routine work and new assignments.

Desired Candidate Profile
Graduates with exceptionally good communication and 0-3 years of experience in any Voice based setup or as tchnical associate.

Freshers with good communication and who are open for US shifts can also apply.
