This is not a call centre or BPO job; we are software product base company and the job profile is for assisting/guiding/helping our international clients on our product usage through Emails or calls (On an average this position needs to take 10 to 15 calls maximum per day).

Position : Product Specialist (Support)
Department : Product Support
Qualification : MBA/PGDBA/PGDBM/BE/B.Com/ B.Sc. /BCA/ MCA.
Experience : 6 months or more.

Skill Set : Excellent oral and written communication skills. Prior experience in handling international clients is a big PLUS. Analytical and Application Software Usage. Project Management skills.
Job Profile : The Product Specialist (Support) will provide remote product/software support to the US and other international clients from the Bangalore offshore development centre. Interacting with US and other Clients on application usage and handling projects. Interacting with development team for project executions.

Work Shift : Night Shift

Salary : Best in the industry.

Location : Bangalore.
