Designation Sr.Technical Support Associate/ Technical Support Associate

Job Description Need to be on calls in rostered shifts & timings (24*7) for an Inbound Voice Based Technical Process. Need to trouble shoot the queries of our clients, which are situated across the world.
Desired Profile Qualification: 10+3 Diploma/ Any Graduate(fresher/experience) or Under Grad. with good communication & technical skills. Under Grads should have atleast 2 yrs of Experience in any field after 12th Std. Candidates from BPO sector will be preferred.
