Designation Customer Service Executive

Job Description â To be in liaison with the customers by informing & announcing the on-going schemes and offers in the store.
â To communicate the benefits from local tie-ups to the customer.
â To entertain queries related to exchange of merchandise/ alteration/ any other customer grievances.
â To ensure authenticity of customer details.
â To ensure that the enrolment form is filled by the customer completely
â To ensure that the correct customer information is fed in the system for future correspondence.
â To follow up & take feedback from the customers on their âShopping Experience on weekly basis.

Desired Profile â Age- Below 27 years
â Experience 1.5 + years
â Qualification:
o Graduate
o Preferably from a Public School background
â Computer literacy: Good knowledge of MS Office
â Soft Skill- Strong verbal and Communication skills
