Job Description:
Handling Dialer Functionso Monitoring the dialer metrics for inbound and outbound calls.o Handling Callable table generation using the SQL.o Handling Technical issues during production hours.o Handling the output files using SQL.Handling the inventory for multiple processes and generating error free lead files as per the process requirement. Should have good knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point.Should have working knowledge of SQL or other programming knowledge.Should have good oral and written communication and analytical skills.
