Job Description:
Monitoring of the helpdesk activities
Determining and assigning severity levels to each of the calls
Logging in calls
Tracking each call to resolution.
Call Escalation
Preparing MIS Report
Report Generation.(Daily, Monthy, Enginner )
Analyzing the call statistics.
Basic IT Hardware knowledge and Good Communication Skills Essential.
