Graduate / Undergrad / Post Grad / Diploma Holders
- Excellent command over spoken English with respect to grammar, sentence construction and clarity issues.
- Have the flexibility to work in shifts.
- Confident and self motivating attitude.
- High levels of enthusiasm.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and value based outlook.
- Patience and adaptability.
- Proactive approach and an ability to take initiative and work in a fast paced environment.
- Age limit 18-45 yrs

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Attending inbound international calls drafting mails
- Solving customer queries.
- Answering to customers of US
- Managing and updating customer & client database.
- Building a fruitful and cherishing relationship with the client.
