Qualification Science Graduates (preferrably physics background)
Experience 0-3 years
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication skills and good analytical skill. Working knowledge of computer applications like MS Office.
Roles & Responsibilities
Answer customer queries, Do research and analysis in order to resolve customer issues, Follow processes, service guidelines while handling transactions, Assist in Generating operational reports, MIS, Provide quality work and maintain the QA Scores, Keep updated with the new enhancements in Facility Operations.

Desired Candidate Profile:
1. B. Sc / BE / B. Tech / preferred
2. Good written and verbal communication
3. Working knowledge of computer applications like MS Office
4. Good Analytical Skills
