Customer service / Tech support Associate for a International BPO in Mumbai (Central/Western) wtih joining bonuses upto 40,000.

Experience : 0-3 years [BPO exp]
Qualification : Grad from Mumbai Board any stream (No BE 2008 pass outs)
Additional Requirements: should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, hard working, committed and willing to work in US (24x7) and UK shifts
Profile: Taking Calls, Solving customer and dealer querries, upselling, online banking support system, Billing support, Business support, HR services, customer care, card activations, Insurance, trouble shooting ISP. Trouble shooting internet service providers and voice process support systems
Compensations vary from 12k - 19k in hand + incentives
Vary upon your qualifications, experiences, ability, shifts and finally personal interviews.
Companies are also offering joining bonus* of 10,000 - 40,000. 2 days off
