Compensations vary from 10k - 30k in hand + incentives (which extend till 43k for collections) these vary upon your qualifications, experiences, ability, shifts and finally personal interviews.
Role: Taking Calls, Solving customer querries, upselling, online transactions, online banking support system, collections, customer care, card activations, Insurance, Cosmetics, trouble shooting.
Tech process include trouble shooting, MS,DELL,VISTA,HP, XEROX, PANTEC, Internet service providers, AOL, etc
Candidates only from Mumbai are entertained (Geographical constraints)
