Job Description:
-To take calls and deliver quality service.
-To maintain compliance requirements.
-To provide first call resolution to the customers.
-To maintain the standards set up by the clients.

Desired Candidate Profile:
-Good communication skills
-Flexible to work in shifts ( Day shifts for ladies)
-Capacity to work hard and strive for excellence
-Zeal and enthusiam for learning
