Job Description:
Customer service and bill collections for US companies.
B2C campaign for one of our clients which would require calling customers to collect bill payments and also handle queries(Non-technical).


Desired Candidate Profile:
MUST be Convent Educated.
The candidate should be ready to work in shifts.
1. Excellent communication skills.
2. Basic knowledge of computers.
3. Freshers and people with US experience preferred.
4. Shift timings: Central Time
5. Transport pick up and drop provided
Fluency in speech. We are not necessarily looking for someone with a “made-up” American accent but someone who can speak clearly without sounding convoluted.
Freshers with convent education preferred.
International sales/ collections experience would be a plus.
