Provide desktop support to all IT/ System Users.
Co-ordinate with the operations team in the area of file upload/ download.
Should be a fast learner, team player & reportable to IT head.
Make recommendations in improving processes and systems.

0-1 year exp in the IT field.
Good communication & minimum technical skills.
Knowledgeable in current & emerging technologies.
Concern for quality, accuracy & attention to detail.
Abiliy to co-operate, learn & work effectively as part of a team.
