Provide a high phone and online customer service support for end-user customer. Should know how to excel and exceed customer’s expectations by going the extra mile even in moderately stressful situations
• Must be an Indian citizen and resident and should be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have excellent communication/ interpersonal (verbal & written) skills.
• Should be willing to work in 24*7 environment.
Soft Skills/Communication Skills:
• Excellent communication/ interpersonal/ presentation skills with clarity in speech, fluency and grammar.
• Must demonstrate clear articulation with excellent reading and writing skills.
Desired Candidate Profile:
A “Customer Support Advisor” must have
• Customer Service Aptitude and general cultural awareness.
• Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, customer handling and basic tech-support skills.
• Good analytical, logical and comprehension aptitude.
• Relevant industry/customer support experience preferred
• Basic understanding of the usage of designing software products.
• Knowledge of Browsers & Internet based applications
• Ability to use Internet and Email & basic keyboard skills.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Assist customer in resolving issues
• Delivering high quality customer driven support service resolving customer enquiries at first point of call
• Documenting all customer interactions in a case tracking database
• Providing a professional and efficient customer service function
• Call back customer waiting for follow-up in the agreed timeframe
• Ability to manage each customer interaction and demonstrate empathy towards each customer’s opinion
• Manage all customer communication with the appropriate level of etiquette, timeliness and professionalism
• Can interact effectively with the personnel, tools &resources in the customer service team to help, resolve customer issues
