The Concierge Desk Executive will be based at our clients location and will coordinate with our back office regarding making arrangements for travel, dining, entertainment,recreation, transportation, govt related services, floral services, and others.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Responsible to manage the Concierge Desk deputed to as a
. Profit Center
2. Primary responsibility to interact with clients, provide decisions, manage client service requests, ensure smooth and efficient customer operations within stipulated
SLA's and TAT's
3. Generate revenues and good will for the company.
4. Maintain highest levels of accuracy and integrity in all fiscal operations of the desk
5. Ensure highest levels of business hygiene and ethics in areas such as attendance, appearance, communications, record keeping etc.
6. Custodian of Companies affairs and assets at the desk including documentation, software, monies etc.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Strong emphasis on customer service.
Presence of mind.
Should be presentable and have good communication skills.
Should be able to maintain timeline and prepare reports.
