Job Description:
Taking calls form US/UK/AUS Customers & solving Queries for Non Tech Process, Online Troubleshooting Technical
Process, Airlines Process, Amex Process, Chase process, Insurance process, Canadinan Process, Pilot Process

Desired Candidate Profile:
1) Any Grad fresher / UG with at least 6months of experience
2) Willing to work in flexible shifts (US/UK/Aus/European/North American) which include night / graveyard shifts
3) Prior experience into Customer Service / Tech / Semi Tech process as an associate (BPO exp)
4) Exposure to MS Office toolset and Computer Hardware / Networking
5) Exposure to BPO / Call Centre related profile can be an added advantage
