Job Description:
To be an intermediary between the clients & in-house processing team. Resolve customer's issues & queries. Provide project leadership in all aspects of the project. Manage the project schedule timing & resource allocation to ensure targets are met.


Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum One Year Experience in handling International Calls. Exceptional Communication Skills and E-mail Etiquette. Proficient in Ms-Office. Willingness to work in shifts. Freshers with excellent communication skills will be considered.
