We are looking for suitable candidate for Delhi/NCR:
Customer Relation Executive/Call Desk/IT HelpDesk

Responsibilities:
Will be responsible for providing services to the customer.
Handling customer calls.
Logging the calls, allocating the calls to the engineers.
Handling IT Calldesk, handling helpdesk activities.
Maintaining MIS report.

Criteria:
Excellent communication
Good on commuters
Ready to work in 24*7 environment.
