Job Description:
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Responsive, highly initiative, timely, pleasant, confidential, trustworthy, reliable, committed to work.
• Maintenance and upkeep of office assets.
• Handling visitors & responding to the general queries, directing the same to concern.
• Good typing speed.
• MS word, excel knowledge must.
• Excellent adaptability and grasping power, to learn on the Job.
• Any prior customer service experience is an advantage.
• Handle Incoming & Outgoing Calls using EPABX and forwarding them to respective people
• Managing incoming letters/postal mails/ couriers.
• Only female candidate would be eligible for the interview.

• Ability to make consultant recommendations and handle complaints & requests in professional and calm manner, presentable, punctual.
