Job Description:
The Text Chat process is a non-Voice Process. Associates are responsible for responding to online banking and Retail customer’s enquiries via the internet thru live chat sessions.

The associates have to research and assist external and internal bank customers and partner with Senior Management and various support departments to resolve escalated and complex enquiry. Text chat is a customer service process and not a financial process.

Skill Sets Required:
1. Any graduate.
2. Good written communication skills
3. 0-36 months of work experience (Customer Service experience Preferred)
4. willing to work in shifts (24/7).
5. typing Speed – 28wpm, 90% accuracy
