1) Procurement process

Designation: Process Executives for Procurement Process process
Experience : 0-2 years
Location : Pune

Job Requirements:

PR Review: Processing / validation of purchase requisitions and moving them into the various queues for Processing
Creation of POs – Catalogue POs, Punch out POs, PRs with Quotes etc...
Amendments & Changes to POs if any|
Transmitting documents (POs, etc.)
Creation of RFQs: Seeking input on supplier selection from RTP and following any special instruction mentioned in the PR
Chasing suppliers for Quotes via Phone, E-Mail & Fax
Escalating any issue to internal buyer
Good Communication Skills.
Minimum qualification - Graduation/Post Graduation/Diploma (10+2+3) .
Should be willing to work in shifts (24/7 environment)
Should sign service agreement of 1 year at the time of Joining.

2) Voice process

Designation: Process Executives for Voice process
Experience : 0-2 years
Location : Bangalore/Pune

Job Requirements:
Excellent Communication Skills.
Minimum qualification - Graduation/Post Graduation/Diploma (10+2+3) – 2009 Awaiting results would also be eligible.
Should be willing to work in shifts (24/7 environment)
Should sign service agreement of 1 year at the time of Joining.

3) Finance and Accounts process

Designation: Process Executives for Finance & Accounts Process (F&A)
Location : Pune
Experience : 0 to 36 months

Job Requirements:
Candidate should have good communications skills
Only Graduates and Post Graduates from commerce background are eligible for this (BComs & M.Coms).
They should be open to work in shifts.
They should sign a service agreement of one year.

4) Non Voice (Data) process

Designation: Process Executives for Non Voice (Data) process
Experience : 0-2 years
Job Location : Pune

Job Requirements:
Good Communication Skills.
Minimum qualification - Graduation/Post Graduation/Diploma (10+2+3) .
Should be willing to work in shifts (24/7 environment)
Should sign service agreement of 1 year at the time of Joining.
