Number of zeros!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What is the number of zeros at the end of the product of the numbers from 1 to 100?
How to solve these type of quetions ,is there any short cut to find out ,it might be up to 100 ,or product up to 1000 ,then it is difficult for us to solve plez tell me the solution ,and steps to sove these type of que |

In the product, you get a zero if tehre is a zero initially or a zero is formed when a five ( or its multiple) is multiplied by 2(or its multiple). So, count all 5's (but 25 is two 5s etc coz it is 5 square) and all 10's

hey
i will give another simple technique............. for first hundred natural numbers, 5 / 100 --------- 5 / 20 ---------- 4 then answer is (20 +4) lets take another example for first 54 natural numbers 5 / 54 ------------- 5 / 10 ------------- 2 then now the answer is (10 +2) which is 12...... here we have to forget the remainder when divided by 5........just place the quotient........ i.e forget 4 by dividing 54 with 5..... then it is easy for any number of natural numbers starting from 1..... |
