if yes, then 1% = 100 kg

so 99% = 9900 kg!!!!!!

now 2% = 100 kg

then 98% = 4900 kg

i guess the question is 100 kgs have 99%water inside the potatoes. i am so stupid

total wt = 100 kgs of which is 99% is water.

so, wt of potatoes only w/o water = 1kg

wt of water is 99 kg

now water evaporates; 1 kg = 2% now

so 98% = 49 kg

so total wt now = 50 kg

So, 49 kgs of water has been evaporated and wt now is 50 kgs.

Do i need to repeat it 3 times cuz' u repeated the question 3 times and i too, read it 3 times and that makes both of us....... ........lol!
