sanjeev to begin with its very good to know your combination of btech and mba it has excellent opportunities.Firstly i would like to tell you that its better you go for technical jobs more of programming or project mgmt etc...Make two types of resumes one where MBA is requirement ..this resume shud be simple and another where u want to show that ur qualified engg with hands on knowledge of IT sector ...I would suggest you go for a IT -doamin in a reputed company just apply and attend interviews you will get the hang of it and i want be surprised if i see u in infosys or satyam within a month of your job-hunting,Just relax and try to focus on IT rather than MBA as your MBA only complements your IT engg domain and it will help u in long-run for mgmt positions once you've got the hang of the IT and practical exposure.good

Sanjeev to begin with i would like to suggest you that you need to first identify yourself.AS your an MBA-It its better you go for a technical job in It domain whether its project mgmt or programming or business development.FOr freshers its not easy to get Managment job once you get the hang of IT -domain job or any practical job in a good company you can easily get a mgmt position based on your MBA.Just make a good resume based on organisations requirements and try to prove you metle infront of the interviewee ..be confident and start job-hunting from now onwards.Dont worry every fresher goes through the phase your going..so constantly update ur resume and apply in big MNC;s or good IT companies ..i want be surprised if u get job within a month!!good luck
