it is implemented from c# language basically Microsoft provides a feature i.e language independency. it is 1st language derived from .net framework
the programmer who knows about the c++ that programmer can also work with c#.net we can acquire the one language code into another languages. it is mainly used for developing the windows forms .it is an object oriented programming
In .Net every language is object oriented.
