Job Description: 2 to 6 years experience of software Design, Planning and Development.
Expertise in Java, JDBC, SQL, XML, XSL and HTML is a must.
Excellent OOAD skills.

Working knowledge on J2EE specifications (EJB, JAAS, JMS, JNDI, etc).
Familiarity with Web Services (SOAP, WSDL), SCM tools such as IBM ClearCase.
Exposure to Rational Rose will be an added advantage.
Leadership ability to mentor Team Members.
