All the positions are based at Hyderabad

We are looking for candidates with First class in BE / B Tech (ECE / EIE / EEE / CSE) or M Tech (ECE / EIE / EEE / Digital Systems / Microelectronics / Power Electronics / CSE / Image Processing) and having experience of 3-10 years in the following areas:

Hardware Testing Engineers (HWTE):
2 to 4 Years of experience and knowledge in the following areas:

• 8/16/32/64 bit processor architectures (Intel, PowerPC, ARM, etc) with working knowledge on at least two processors
• PCB CAD tools like Mentor, Cadence, Altium, etc
• Expertise on high speed board testing and mixed signal board testing
• Familiar with Interface protocols, Power supplies & Analog design
• Strong in basics of hardware design
• Familiarity with EMI/EMC
• IPC/IEEE/CENELEC standards preferable

Senior Hardware Engineers (SHWE):
In addition to HWTE profile, the ideal candidate should have 5 to 12 (8+ years for Architects) Years of experience and knowledge in the following areas:

• Should have worked on at least three projects in designing and one project in testing of hardware
• Architect, design, and develop the high speed mixed signal hardware
• Hands-on with Cadence, Mentor , PADS Platforms
• Familiarity with DFM/DFT/Signal integrity (SI), FMEA and Reliability Analysis
• CPLD/FPGA/DDR/QDR/USB/PCI and various technologies
• Experience in CE, UI, IEC, SAE, Telecom hardware related Standards and certification
• Applications include Industrial Automation, Telecom, Automotive, etc.
• Strong process driven development experience with familiarity on Hardware Development Life Cycle
• Firmware / RTOS / Software testing tools like polyspace, Cantata is a plus

Firmware Engineers (FWE):

• Should have experience in 16 / 32 bit microcontroller based firmware
• Excellent programming skills in C, C++ on RTOS (preferably having sound knowledge in Embedded Linux, VxWorks, pSOS, OSE, ARM)
• Experience in developing firmware in using well defined methodologies, tools and documentation
• Applications include Industrial Automation, Telecom, Automotive, etc.
• Good knowledge of HW platforms and capable of integration & testing

Linux Engineers (LE):

• Application programming, thread programming, network programming and Kernel programming
• C/C++, scripting
• Java, Embedded Systems programming desirable

Device Driver Engineers (DDE):

• Experience in developing device drivers for various operating systems like VxWorks, Linux, QNX, etc.
• Knowledge on Protocols like USB, Ethernet, PCI, I²C, SPI , MODBUS, CAN, etc
• Good knowledge of HW platforms and capable of integration & testing

Network Software Experts (NSE):

• Linux, Unix, VxWorks, C, C++
• Skills in Network Protocols (LDAP, IPP, LPR/LPD, DHCP/Bootp, FTP, SNMP, Novell, Apple Talk, TCP/IP, Ethernet, Net bios, Port9100, SMB, POP3, Token Ring, Banyan Vines, SMTP, SLP, SSDP, DDNS, Kerberos) – Protocol Stacks, Drivers, Applications, Web UI, HTTP, HTTPS.
• Embedded Systems Programming is desirable

Printer Driver Experts (PDE):

• Experience in windows/Linux based drivers development , knowledge of printer subsystem, Windows/Linux Printing Architecture, C, C++ are essential
• Print language interpreters, Print Languages, PCL, PS, TIFF, DSE, Job management, Job handling, RPC (Remote Procedure Calls) and XDR (Xternal Data Representations) etc.
  

Common Skills applicable to all above positions:

• Configuration management tools such as ClearCase, VSS, SVN, etc.
• Microsoft Project 2003 (for schedule and project tracking)
• Good experience in SDLC, HDLC, PLM
• Exposure and adaptability to ISO9001,CMMi & Six sigma practices
• Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
• Excellent technical documentation skills
• Team player and proactive ownership in leveraging value addition
• Good exposure to international client interaction
