Designation Process Designer (TG1)

Job Description Engineering graduate. Management Degree in Telecom preferred.
Upto 3 years of experience in Telecom operations / process related work

Tasks & Responsibilities : A Process Designer would:

-Understand customer requirments and participate in Process related conference calls with the customer
-Develop differnt process models
-Conduct Process walkthroughs
-Define various templates to facilitate monitoring and measuring of business performance
-Share acquired knowledge with other BPM teams

Desired Profile Knowledge and Skill Requirements : A Process designer should have:

-Broad understanding of Business Processes Management
-Good Oral / Written communication skills
-Good Analytical skills
-Proficiency in one or more process modeling tool ARIS / VISIO
-Ability to do analysis of the customer requirments
-Should be able to understand the features of various Telecom Products and processes so as to keep the process design document up-to-date
-Should be able to take high level process design / service design and produce detailed component process design doucments and workflows.
-Ability to work at detailed level to solve the problem / customer queries
-Conduct Process Walkthroughs
-Thorough knowledge of ETOM Telecom Process framework
-Self motivation and team orientation
-Inquisitiveness and Objectivity
