Job Description :	§ Analyzes operational requirements and helps to develop or enhance SAP CRM Interaction Center (IC). § Implementations to deliver new functionality, solve specific application problems, and enhance user productivity by using internal and external resources. § Perform code and application development including: Remote Function Calls in ABAP; BAPI Development for Accessing SAP Components; Data Transfer; Enhancements and Modification; Programming Database Updates; Developing User Dialogs; SAP script: Form sprinting and Text Management; Form Printing Using SAP Smart Forms; PDF-Based Print Forms with the Interactive Forms Solution; Java Web Dynpro; SAP Java Development Infrastructure; SAP Java Connector Programming; Programming with SAP Java Persistence Framework. § Performs basic configuration tasks, and IC configuration and Enhancements including: Added functionality created by the use of User-exits (“Z-programs”), Component setup and customization, Changes to Forms, Apply OSS notes, etc. Maintains some "Master" data.
