Job Description: Aspirant would be responsible for following activities:

-Responsible for successful planning and follow through aimed at profitable, high quality and timely completion of projects.
-Individual will be responsible for leading a team of programmers and developers. You must have good knowledge of developing applications in PHP independently.
-Responsible to interact with the US/UK clients for necessary amendments / changes in the projects. Capable to understand & analyzing the client's requirements.
-You will be also responsible to create web applications by your own logic.
-Strong SQL skills, including experience with complicated queries and reporting
-Solid working knowledge of HTML layout structuring and CSS
-Working knowledge of the template based structure as it pertains to the development process.

Desired Profile: -Minimum 2 to 4 years of working experience on web applications technologies like PHP. Knowledge of version control using MySQL.
-Good communication and presentation skills.
-Strong team leading skills.
-Experience with the specifics of designing, developing, running and maintaining large, scalable systems; trade-offs, requirements, etc.
-Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server; large databases.
-Eperience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript/XML
-In-depth knowledge of HTTP and other Internet related protocols.
