Designation: Webmethods Consultants required urgently for Sweden

Job Description: Work with the team to design and architect the EAI/B2B implementation strategy. Work with customers and team members to develop requirements, determine feasibility, recommend options and craft overall solutions. Assist users and developers in problem diagnostics and resolution. Implement performance tuning techniques to increase processing efficiency. Communicate issue status, responsibilities, progress, and solution to the business to provide full visibility of the issue status ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Design technical standards and processes for use in developing and/or integrating third-party software to produce required solutions. Comprehensive understanding of the various settings and server configurations .Manage software upgrades and patches related to the web Methods environment. Provide expertise, mentor and train users and team members within the operations group. Analyze and report on operations performance metrics, continually striving to improve service levels, customer satisfaction, team
productivity, and overall stability of the business systems.?

Desired Profile: Work Experience5 years of IT experience with 2+ years in web Methods development and support roles. Competency in web Methods Integration Server 6.x, web Methods Broker 6.x, Developer 6.x, Trading Networks 6.x. Competency in web Methods 6.x Adapters like JDBC, JDE, SAP, Siebel, etc. Good knowledge of technologies like Java, J2EE, XML and VB. Exposure and/or working knowledge in setting up Trading Partner Agreements, Trading Partner profiles and processing rules, configure VAN connectivity, Market Places/Exchanges using EDI data standards like EDIFACT, ANSI X12 Hands on experience in RDBMS database (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2)Working knowledge on a Windows operating system and protocols like FTP, TCP/IP
