Designation: SAP (HR) - Consultant / Sr Consultant

Job Description:

- End-to-End Implementations (minimum 2).
- End-to-End Production Support of SAP HCM module.
- Configured and implemented SAP-HCM module (Recruitment, PA, OM, PD, Time Management, TEM, ESS & MSS.) for various projects.

Desired Profile:

- Should Independently address HR functional requirements.
- Should be responsible for implementing SAP HR Modules.
- Should have done MBA HR / MIRPM / MHRM /PGDPM&IR.
- Domain Exp: 2 years and above.
- SAP Exp: Relevant Experience in SAP HR around 2 years and above as a functional consultant with Skill set of HR implementation including Payroll, PA, OM, Recruitment Modules.
- Minimum 2 end to end implementations of HR modules.
- Understand and improve processes/interfaces with SAP's upstream and downstream applications.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with all level of people of the organization.

Experience: 3 - 7 Years

Education:

UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG - MBA/PGDM - HR/Industrial Relations
