Design and implement Flash components according to the architecture and business requirements in the project scope.
Review current coding ,determine effective defect resolutions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Expert-level skills in Action Script and Flash 8
Experience building dynamic, interactive web applications with object-oriented ActionScript coding in Flash, including: functions, arrays, movie clips, sending and loading XML, global variables etc.
