Minimum IT Skill Set Core Java, Advance Java, Servlet & JSP, J2EE, EJB 2.0/3.0, JMS, JNDI, AJAX, JSF, JAAS, Web Services, Struts, Eclipse, NetBeans 5.0/5.5,

Desired IT skill set Spring Framework, Hibernate, JDO

Minimum experience Minimum 4 years in Training industry

Desired experience At least 2 years experience in Corp Training

General attributes Good communication skill, Presentable and Open for Tours
