Role & Responsibilities:

•Design and develop text processing and data mining algorithms.
•Design and develop a rich and robust ASP.Net content workflow application.
•Design and implement for massive scale and lightning fast performance.
•Perform design and code reviews.
•Adopt robust engineering practices including Test Driven Development, high levels of coding standards, reusable and flexible design and implementation.
•Provide technical leadership to other team members.
•Collaborate within cross-functional teams comprising of Product Managers, Business Analysts, Usability Experts, QA Engineers and User-Acceptance Testers.
•Own all aspects of product feature development including analysis, design, estimation, implementation, delivery and production support.

Skills, Qualifications:

Required

3 & 5+ years of in-depth software product development experience

Significant object oriented programming expertise

2 & 3+ years of C#, .Net experience preferred. Equivalent Java/J2EE experience will be considered.

2 & 3+ years of Web/Server-based product development experience. ASP.Net based experience preferred.

Good command over SQL with ability to understand and develop complex queries and stored procedures is a must. Experience working with MySQL preferred.

Strength in core computer science concepts, data structures and algorithms.

Excellent analytic and problem-solving ability.

Strong communication and technical leadership skills and ability to work well in cross-functional teams.

Qualification

B.E/B.Tech/B.S. in Computer Science from reputed institutions (IITs, RECs, Tier-I universities and colleges) preferred. M.S. in Computer Science will be added plus.

Also Desired
•Python and/or C++ experience.
•Rich internet application development experience including AJAX.
•Text processing and/or data mining software experience.
•Distributed, high-scale, high-availability computing experience.
